The renowned International Yoga Festival is back in Rishikesh and will be held from March 1 to 7, 2020. The festival will be uniting yogis from across the globe and various cultures in a one-world yogic family. The International Yoga Festival will be organised in Rishikesh, which is considered the birthplace of yoga. Also, the revered Indian town set on the banks of the Ganges has been home to ancient yogis and sages.
The fest is held every year and has been expanding since its inception, embracing more and more people. Last year, the festival was attended by more than 2000 participants from nearly 100 countries. This year, the festival in Rishikesh will celebrate the age-old Indian practice of Yoga, with discussions and talks about the science of health and wellness. The practice of Yoga was mainly developed to attain harmony of body, mind and soul.

Bhajans and kirtans will also be organised at night time during the fest.
