FICCI launches a certification course on operating a Hotel in the COVID-19 era

FICCI in association with OYO has launched an online course on operating a Hotel in the COVID 19 era.

This course will teach you how to operate and manage your hotel smoothly during this pandemic. The training process follows the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India defined Standard Operating Procedures to run a hotel amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The course comprises of a set of nine training modules built to help you implement key safety guidelines that will help boost customer confidence when it comes to travel during the time of Pandemic.

The course will cover the following through training videos in English and Hindi.

The completion of this course makes your business eligible for a Certificate of Compliance from FICCI by stating that you are trained in the COVID 19 sanitation guidelines as per the prescribed SOP’s.

The course also gives you an opportunity to post a digital version of this certificate on your website to give your customers the confidence that you are compliant with Industry grade safety and hygiene.
