This exclusive service by BLADE was launched in Maharashtra and the seat services resume from November 2. The bookings can be made on the website, on the app and via the Flier Relations team. Apart from the standard benefits that chartering offers, BLADE Anywhere goes above and beyond in making the journey an experience in itself.
Once a customer books, they’re assigned a dedicated relationship manager to take care of all their travel needs. The customers experience starts with a pickup and drop off through on-ground premium automobile partners; curated and customisable menus of food and beverages, and a warm customer experience team to ensure the BLADE experience.
The luxury of flying anytime-anywhere with limited people compared to crowded spaces, reduced touchpoints, specially designed face masks, customised F&B from various hospitality partners and a short wait at the BLADE Lounge are some of the key benefits of BLADE Anywhere. The in-flight experience includes Bose noise cancellation headsets, pre-loaded content by partners such as Jio-Saavn and customisable menus. Keeping the required safety and hygiene concerns in mind for the passenger and staff, BLADE India has set in place safety and hygiene protocols at the lounges and inside the aircrafts. BLADE has implemented guidelines issued by the GOI, WHO and industry leading Health, Safety and Sanitisation protocols designed by its parent company, FLY BLADE USA. Safety measures include regular testing of the crew, contactless temperature checks of passengers and crew, masks and face shields for all aboard, sanitisation of the lounges and cars, aircraft decontamination with an airline-grade fogging system after each flight.
