Delegates at the upcoming Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Travel Mart in Bengaluru, India, from September 6 to 9 can expect to be treated to the best of culture and cuisine of the region, which has also come to be known as the ‘Silicon Valley of India’. G. Another highlight of the mart will be the Travel Technology Forum, in partnership with PhocusWright, which will allow mart delegates to further expand their knowledge on the state-of-technology startups, the latest travel innovations, and gain updates from PhocusWright on their latest research. J. Taneja hony, Treasurer, PATA India Chapter, told that they were looking forward to the event and were confident that the delegates will have a fruitful stay at the mart and the city and will see the many attractions the southern state has to offer.
The state has a dynamic Minister, R. V. Taneja, who heads Travel Spirit International, noted that the Mart is a signature event of PATA and an Asia Pacific premier travel trade show. Previously, Travel Mart was held in India in Hyderabad in 2008 and in New Delhi in 2011. About 1,000 delegates from 60 countries are expected at the Mart.
