Dragonair has partnered with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore for the ‘Flavours of Sichuan’ food festival at the award winning restaurant – The Lantern. For this event, Dragonair will fly in Chef Alan Chen from The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu to showcase his signature Sichuan specialties.
Flavours of Sichuan will feature signature tastes that have evolved from the region. Sichuan cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan province in southwestern China. It has bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Sichuan pepper.

Moreover we currently partner with UNICEF for the ‘Change for Good’ in-flight fund raising programmed and funds collected are being used in three projects to enrich the lives of children in the Sichuan province.”
