The company provides regular training for safe driving, driving habits, cleanliness, soft skills, etiquettes etc. so that they can provide a better experience for its clients.

The company is breaking the existing unorganized clutter in the market with the focus in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities not touched by other organized players viz. Commenting on the growth and the new initiatives of the company, Praveen Kumar, Head- Strategy, TravelParo said, “In such a short period of time, we have expanded to approximately 300 cities so far with an inventory of 35000 cabs. The response we are getting is very encouraging. The company has already done apprx. 1 million kms within 1 month of launch of operations. The company is the official cab partner for Super Fight League, a sixteen fight nights consisting of some of the toughest fighters in mixed martial arts today” (The first of its kind league in Mixed Martial Arts in the world). The growth opportunities are huge considering $20 Billion market size.

Commenting further on the launch plans, he added, “We are planning to grow to 500 cities by end of the year and are looking forward to launching one-way cabs pan India, drivers mobile app and ETA of the driver concept for retail. Our aim is to ensure that our users get the best experience, which is indeed our main priority.”

The company is starting with web-based bookings with the belief that web based bookings are more rather than the app based bookings. TravelParo already has offers for funding from different sources however the company is waiting for enough growth to raise the appropriate funding.
