SLO Food Co.2, the signature restaurant by Radisson Bengaluru City Centre distributed healthy and wholesome meals to an orphanage on the occasion of Children’s Day. The restaurant that specializes in slow cooking techniques like sous vide, dhum phuket and crockpots created healthy and nutritious meals for the children. Adding a flavourful and high nutritive value twist to favourites.
The meal included dishes like chicken curry, multi-grain chapati, slow-cooked mix veg curry, veg biryani, aloo channa chat along with a healthy banana cake as dessert. Each of the dishes served included ingredients sourced within 200kms of the property ensuring that sustainability was highlighted to the children. The hotel also gifted the children with a geometry box with notebooks and drawing books.
