In his new role, Chef will assist in the functioning and processes of the hotel from setting the menu to ensuring the customers are served well, from mentoring the culinary team to sourcing the right candidates for food and beverage. Chef Avinash brings with him an extensive array of proficiency and a deep understanding of the exceptional and modern aspects in the f&b industry. His impeccable attention to detail and hardworking nature has led to his achievements in the gastronomy.
