Isprava, one of India’s leading luxury home developers, ventured into rental accommodation arena by launching Lohono Stays. Through Lohono Stays the company intends to add a new range of holiday homes to its portfolio.
Speaking on the development, Nibhrant Shah, Founder and CEO, Isprava and Lohono Stays, said, “We see tremendous scope in India. More so due to a gap in the market, hundreds of thousands of travellers today are looking for an experiential stay, a holiday escape which is locally curated, close to all the social infrastructure and yet private and exclusive. We have noticed a lot of brands that aim to offer this, are either a hit or miss, are not consistent or are simply not offering the kind of bespoke luxury consumers have come to expect. It is our goal to bridge this gap with Lohono Stays. We have properties in some of the most beautiful and sought after travel destinations that offer homes that feel like your own, but with all the amenities of a luxury holiday.”
Alongside renting Isprava built homes, Lohono Stays enters in to contractual deals with independent owners and developers of ultra luxury homes in India and South East Asia. Lohono Stays has also closed its first round of funding led by the Godrej family office and Anand Piramal, raising INR 15 crores. The company is launching with over 250 homes in Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala, Khandala and Coonoor in India and Phuket, Bali and Koh Samui in Asia.
