Delhi Tourism wins Excellence in Customer Experience Award

Delhi Tourism has been conferred with the prestigious Excellence in Customer Experience Award by The Indian Express Group at the Infocomm 2019 Conference hosted in Mumbai on 18 September 2019. Representing Delhi Tourism at the event, Sh. Sudhir Sobti, Chief Manager (PR & Publicity) received the award. The business award is in recognition of the path-breaking achievements by Delhi Tourism in establishing its presence through robust digital initiatives. Delhi Tourism was selected for this award by a team of Editors of Express Computer magazine, India’s leading IT business magazine from The Indian Express Group.
