Air Seychelles the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles met with local trade partners in Madagascar ahead of the commencement of its seasonal flights set to commence as from 3 July 2019.
The workshop hosted by the airline’s general sales agents based in Antananarivo held at the Tamboho suites in the town center of Tananarive provided the trade professionals the opportunity to learn more about the Air Seychelles products and services, the unique selling points to attract travellers to book flights to the Seychelles, in addition to the fantastic connection from Madagascar to the Seychelles and beyond with Air Seychelles as well as its codeshare partners.
Over 20 travel agents, tour operators and representatives from destination management companies joined the business to business session. Charles Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Seychelles said, “Besides the marketing initiatives being implemented in Madagascar, as part of our sales strategy to better communicate with the market, it is important for us to meet with the local travel and trade representatives not only to gain additional visibility but to also ensure that the trade is aware of our services, products and the connectivity we offer via our network.”
